At the rustic rooster, we promise our items will be as impressive in person as they appear on our website. We'll be happy to return or exchange* any item within 10 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

rustic rooster understands that for whatever reason, sometimes things don't work out. We're more than happy to replace your item(s) or exchange* it for another one, or refund your purchase within 10 days of purchase. Just follow the steps on the merchandise return form.
Please note that web orders are granted 10 days to return or exchange items. In store purchases are granted 7 days to return or exchange items.
Please note if you do not return or exchange your item(s) within 10 days of original purchase all online sales are then final.

shipping methods and costs
We offer "Standard" delivery for your order. In-stock items should be received within 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday; does not include weekends.) With "Out of Stock" items you will be notified by a phone call.
The following chart lists shipping charges for accessories only. Shipping charges are calculated per address. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require air delivery. Shipping rate to Alaska and Hawaii must be phoned in for a shipping quote. Please note we will not ship to P.O. BOXES, must have an actual shipping address.

Why not pick your item(s) up at the rustic rooster ... just think of all the money you'll save. The only thing we ask from you is to call 1 day prior to your pick up so that your order will be ready when you get there.

Let the rustic rooster wrap your gifts. We use a kraft paper box, kraft tissue paper and we tie it up with a rustic rooster signature grosgrain ribbon. We also will include a personalized message on a separate card. Take a peak at what the gift wrapping looks like.
